A 5-day lecture and lab experience to improve the rehabilitation specialists understanding of the use of screening and introduce the use of a systemized, comprehensive examination to help build a transitional program from rehabilitation to performance. Elements of pillar strength and techniques to transition from the table to the field are emphasized. We breakdown the fundamental movement and prerequisites needed to return a patient to running and multidirectional work. The clinician will learn “performance language” to better communicate with their own strength and conditioning staff once they return to their home office. Nutritional considerations for the injured athlete/patient are also discussed to provide a holistic healing environment for the athlete.
