This independent, purpose-built facility serves professional and amateur athletes who are dedicated to improving their performance. The Institute’s 31,000-square-foot facility is divided into areas designated for training and recovery.

The Home Depot Center is the most advanced and state-of-the-art athletic compound in the world. The 85-acre HDC complex is the center of training and development for America’s top athletes and future stars, linking the youth of today with the professionals and Olympians of tomorrow. It features a 27,000-seat soccer stadium, 20,000-seat track and field stadium, 13,000-seat tennis facility, and 3,400-seat Velodrome. The HDC hosts Men’s and Women’s National Team Training as well as top international competitions across all of these sports..
Athletes’ Performance – Frisco, TX
Athletes’ Performance opened our fourth facility in Frisco, Texas as part of a partnership with FieldhouseUSA in December,2009. This partnership will bring a phenomenal training facility to the north Texas region, which is home to a significant number of elite and professional athletes, as well as top high school and college sports programs. AP has trained the last four #1 draft picks in the NFL Draft, eight of this year’s Major League Baseball All-Stars, numerous elite soccer and baseball teams around the world, and champion athletes in golf and tennis.
